I've been milling my own flour, using various mills over many years. I was looking through old photos earlier this week and realised I have been teaching Sourdough School students how to mill their own flour for over a decade. I was milling rose petals the first year we moved here. I was flicking through old photos which reminded me of how beautiful it is to incorporate the garden in your bread and bakes...but it is about more that just beauty, it is about diversity and gut health...
