Gilchester Organic Spelt Flour is a finely milled wholemeal flour that we love for its rich nutty flavour. It is a great flour to choose for breads, cakes, muffins, pancakes and scones.

Grown and milled on an organic farm in Northumberland by our friends Andrew and Sybille Wilkinson, Gilchester Organic spelt flour is stoneground from an old continental heritage spelt variety. This flour gives a rich, nutty flavour to your bakes. Use it for bread making, cakes, muffins, pancakes and scones. Spelt flour is recommended for people who have digestive issues and those who are sensitive to conventional wheats.

All Gilchester Organics flours are free of any enhancers or other additives.

Supplied in bags 1.5kg, 3kg and 15kg.
