When you first begin baking there is a lot of knowledge about baking, but as you get your rhythm, and you start to get into the groove it is lovely to learn more whilst you bake.  This is where you can find the conversations with friends, colleagues and our team members about the science, the passion, the knowledge.

In these webinars, you can listen to some of the world's leading experts – wheat growers, millers, artisan bakers, nutritionists, neuroscientists, GPs, gut health experts and farmers – discussing bread, diet, lifestyle, the gut microbiome, physical health, mental health and everything in between.

This is about understanding. It is applied knowledge. This is priceless. You don't need to sit and watch  - just hit play and listen whist you bake.
