Ingredients
- 800g of Blend No 2
- 50g red quinoa
- 100g red or purple corn
- 2 the very outside layers of red onion skin
- 20 red kidney beans
- 15 pink peppercorns
- 2 large pinches of red rose petals
- 8 dried rosehips
- 3 tablespoons of dried Hibiscus flowers
- 1 piece of dulse
- 1 or 2 small dried chilli (broken up - optional)
