The Sourdough Club

A social enterprise where a community of bakers gather and share knowledge

Our small club is run from The Sourdough School and is the alternative way to learn if you cannot attend a course in person. Learn from Dr Vanessa Kimbell how to make the healthiest bread in the world and improve digestion, boost your mood, and connect with a supportive community that’s passionate about baking for better health.

Your Assessment & Graduation | Research Level

This part of the syllabus is still under construction

I am currently working on your last task but please listen to the audio below.

Your penultimate tasks is to create and share your own bake that is in line with our bread protocol and we are working on creating this as a new category of student recipes.

Your final task is to nominate and support a young student and share the knowledge, and we are inviting you to stay as part of the club for another year.

You have until the 1st of September to submit your graduation recipe. It will need testing and approving by the 2nd week of September

We will unveil the new category as your graduation ceremony and send out your certificates in the last week of September.

We will also be asking some students to stay on and take a mentorship role in the club.
