This issue we have an Immune Boosting Button Mushroom Sourdough Loaf. Mushrooms are well known for their immune boosting properties. They contain beta glucans which are known to modulate the immune system (help it to work properly, as opposed to boosting it) and beta glucans also have antiviral properties.
