Technical Queries: Please remember that any technical issues or questions are addressed during our designated meetings every Thursday at 4pm, during term time only.
Refund Requests: As a social enterprise, we’re deeply committed to directing our resources into meaningful social justice initiatives. Once your membership begins, the funds you’ve provided are immediately allocated towards social discounts and other vital endeavours. Here are some crucial points to consider:
- Our policy of non-refundability is rooted in our social justice commitment. Once fees are allocated for social discounts, they cannot be refunded without undermining our commitment to those initiatives.
- This policy is clearly communicated upon starting your membership.
- Memberships are determined based on the fees received. If you choose not to engage with the club, you can pause your membership at any moment. Simply log in and deactivate the auto-renew option.
