I have a new debit or credit card, how do I update the card details in my account?

If your account is on hold because of a failed payment and you can no longer access the website content please go to My Subscriptions and look for an unpaid invoice, paying that will update your card details and any outstanding payments.
Alternatively you can go straight to Payment Methods and update card details there.
You may also need to tell your bank to allow the payment to go through, if it is your first payment with us using that card.
