They are a small organic farmer/miller run by a couple (Fabian who manages the fields and Émile who is a nationalist and also takes care of administration) about 2 hours from Paris that uses sustainable farming practices to produce flours of both grains and legumes. Small but interested in creating nutritional workshops as they are still small.
