An excellent bread knife is an essential tool of any sourdough baker.

To get that best slice of crusty sourdough bread, you’re going to need the best possible bread knife! What’s the point of pouring your time and energy into make the perfect loaf, if you’re going to ‘destroy’ it when you cut it? You need a sharp knife that will cut easily thought a thick crust, without squashing the loaf.

The Opinel Bread Knife handle is finely made from beech wood. It features a 21CM curved and serrated steel blade, with a thickness of 2MM.
