We regularly use both our short-handled and long-handled iron baking peels from Netherton Foundry. Having both gives us the flexibility to choose the appropriate one to load and remove pizzas and loaves from our ovens.
The short handled iron baking peel looks good, is really practical, and a pleasure to use. The durable blade is 30cm (12″) wide and the peel has an overall length of 48cm (19″). The peel comes pre-seasoned with Sussex flax oil, so there are no nasty chemical coatings.
