Claire Watson offers advice to people on trends, tips, techniques, and all the gossip you’d like around sourdough. She will feature ideas on how to manage your sourdough effectively. Claire is an alumni and long-time member of the Sourdough Club, as well as a former Sourdough School student. She has been baking for a number of years, having started in 2015. Additionally, she is a fully trained pastry chef living in North Vancouver, Canada.

Claire enjoys nothing more than sharing her extensive baking knowledge. Her values are reflected throughout everything she does, generously sharing information, knowledge, and tips. She supports the Sourdough Club by helping people get started and provides substantial support during live sessions, especially for those who are just beginning their sourdough journey. Claire is also an invaluable resource for experienced bakers due to her brilliant depth of knowledge.
