Baking as Lifestyle Medicine Community
The Sourdough Club is 20 years old. It began when Dr Vanessa Kimbell realised that learning in person was only the beginning of learning to bake. Here both Vanessa and alumni students provide support to Sourdough bakers in live sessions and from the libraries of videos and recipes developed over the years for those wanting support or to further personalise their sourdough bread.
